RISOGRAPH Workshop
Workshop Description
Create colorful layered prints or zines using the Risograph stencil duplicator. These unique printing machines work via color separated layers just like screen printing, but can spit out up to 50 prints a minute in vibrant soy-based inks in rich colors, creating unique textural qualities perfect for small-circulation DIY publications and prints. In this workshop, we’ll layer together your imagery from sketchbooks, journals and collages to explore creative expression. Participants can work individually or in pairs.
PROCESS:
Build collage imagery for a two-color print or zine, sized at 11” x 17”
Print both color runs on the risograph
Fold, share, and exchange zines and prints!
